The perfect omelette for your perfect morning is here! Fluffy omelette is my beating the egg whites properly and that adds a lot of volume and made your omelette extra light.
Cooking steps
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks into two separate bowls. 5 large egg whites and 3 large egg yolks.
Whisk the egg yolks until homogeneous and pale in colour and whites until they become foam.
Carefully fold the egg yolks and whites until fully incorporated.
Pour the egg mixture into a medium non-stick pan with a lid. Cook over medium-low heat.
Lift sides of the omelette and drop 1 tbsp of butter underneath.
Cover the pan and cook for 5 min, or until the top of the omelette has set.
By removing the lid, season the omelette with salt and pepper.
Transfer it to the serving plate by folding it on the plate and sprinkle chives on it.
Serve Hot!
