These are terms and conditions that commonly apply to sign-up rewards on Frugivore.in:

• This is a limited time offer.
• Frugivore reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
• Offer is limited to one per customer and account.
• The person who is signing-up should use the unique sign-up code on the Signup Page. Any new registrations/sign up without using the applicable sign-up code will not be eligible for sign-up rewards. This is to clarify that Frugivore in its sole discretion can offer rewards for new sign-ups without use of any sign-up code i.e. field of sign-up code being left blank by user at the time of sign up, in which case all new users leaving the sign-up field blank will be eligible for the said rewards.
• An existing user creating multiple ids and signing through newer email accounts will not be eligible for the rewards again. In the cases of suspicious fraudulent activity or to establish the identity of a new user, Frugivore reserves the right to ask for valid identity document such as Aadhar or PAN Card before activating the account of such user.
• In case of any new sign-ups are deemed fake (i.e. a genuine new & unique user is not there) by our fraud management system, Frugivore reserves the right to cancel the sign-up reward to such user(s), cancel the orders placed by such user(s) and block users’ accounts, in addition to pursuing legal remedies against such user(s).
• If Frugivore is running any other reward program, referral program or user sign-up program, the rewards for a new sign-up cannot be duplicated i.e. a new user can only get rewarded under one program and not for multiple programs.
• Offer is non-transferrable and may not be resold.
• The reward will be in the form of an addition to your wallet which can be utilized for placing orders on Frugivore.in.
• The minimum order amount restrictions and delivery fees on Frugivore.in shall continue to apply on those orders where such credit is utilized by the user.
• The sign-up reward program is intended to be an additional incentive for users to register and place orders on Frugivore.in. It is not intended to be a sole incentive or the only reason for users to sign-up, neither is the reward meant to be utilizable without restrictions such as minimum order amount.
• The reward amount credited to your wallet on signup might be subject to expiry within an indicated period which will be mentioned in your wallet transaction records.
• If you violate any of the offer terms, the offer will be invalid.
